Bad timing

The daily commuters of twin cities, who depend on the ‘affordable’ yet erratic public transport RTC, have to gear up for a bus fare hike. The long pending issue of hike has finally caught up with the commonest of the commoner.

The announcement has come rather at a very inappropriate time. It has certainly left a bitter taste during this festival.
