CHENNAI: A remarkable unbeaten knock of 285 (116b, 51x4) from opener Shikkar Hukku set up a 327-run win for St. John’s ES&JC in the under-13 Godrej City Schools cricket tournament being played here.
Hukku put on an unbroken triple-century partnership for the first wicket with M. Weibellint (60 not out) as St. John’s powered to 366 for no loss in 30 overs. D.S. Aswath and Vishwanath, with three wickets each, sealed the win.
