Life term for woman

NEW DELHI: A court here has sentenced a 41-year-old woman to rigorous life imprisonment for killing her husband with the help of her paramour in 1998.

Additional Sessions Judge Bharat Parashar also slapped a fine of Rs.5,000 on Sunita Grover.

The Judge said the prosecution had proved its case beyond reasonable doubt. He also observed that considering the circumstances of the case, it was for the accused to explain how her husband died without any force being used.
