Foundation stone laid

KOLAR: MLA C. Krishna Byregowda, representing Vemgal constituency, laid the foundation stone for the Morarji Desai Residential School at Parshwaganhalli on Friday. The chief guest MLC V.R. Sudarshan regretted that government lands were becoming scarce due to encroachments. This has posed problems for development, he said. Zilla Panchayat President Nagarathna and Taluk Panchayat President C.R. Yuvraj were present.
