Student bags award

A.S.D.L. Sahiti, a student of Junior Intermediate at Chaitanya College in the city has been awarded ‘Balaratna’ in the category of creative writing for 2006-07. The award was given by Jawahar Bal Bhavan for the excellence shown by the boys and girls in various fields. Sahiti earlier won Prathibha award for securing highest marks in Krishna district for seventh standard.
