Sajan, Umadevi triumph

Bangalore: Sajan Bopanna and R. Umadevi emerged champions in the men and ladies’ sections respectively in the 38th State-ranking snooker tournament that concluded at the KSBA Hall here on Saturday.

In the finals, Sajan Bopanna defeated B.V. Srinivasamurthy 46-66, 46-73, 65-51, 67-46, 79-29, 57-46, 69-31, while R. Umadevi defeated M. Chitra 3-63, 55-41, 66-15, 43-27.
