Awareness among patients stressed

Physician G. Samaram on Sunday said that awareness on heart attack and paralysis would help patients take care of their health. Addressing a seminar on health at Vasavya Nursing Home here, Dr. Samaram said that habits like smoking and drinking, lack of exercise and mental tensions would lead to heart attack. He advised people suffering from heart related problems to focus on their diet and physical exercise.
