Twelve injured in group clash

NEW DELHI: A fight broke out between two groups near the Pratap Nagar metro station in North Delhi on Sunday night after the burning of an effigy of Ravana.

The two groups pelted stones at each other and over a dozen people were injured. To disperse the crowd, the police fired teargas shells.

The injured were admitted to nearby hospitals. Some cars were also damaged in the stone pelting.
