State Bank of Mysore’s net up by 49 p.c. H1

BANGALORE: State Bank of Mysore has reported a 48.7 per cent increase in net profit to Rs. 164.02 crores in the half-year ended September 30, 2007, attributed mainly to a 46 per cent year-on-year growth in interest income. Total income grew by 44.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs. 1,365.38 crore. — Special Correspondent
