KEB HS, BM EMHS declared joint winners

DHARWAD: KE Board’s High School and Basel Mission English Medium High School, both of Dharwad, were declared joint winners as no play was possible due to overnight rain in the Srinivas Bendre memorial under-14 inter-school cricket tournament here on Sunday.

On Saturday, BM EMHS defeated St. Paul’s High School (Hubli) by 28 runs, while KE Board’s HS was declared the winner against Pavan English Medium High School (Dharwad) on better run-rate when play was abandoned due to rain.
