Amritsar: Gold ornaments worth Rs 4 crore and cash above 5 lakh were allegedly stolen from a jewellery shop here, police said on Monday. The theft came to light, when the shop owner, Parshotam Kumar found the locks broken. The complaint registered by Mr. Kumar said that the gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 4 crore and cash above Rs 5 lakh were stolen from the shop located in Guru Bazar area, late on Sunday night.
