TIRUPATI Sri Venkateswara University becomes the first in the country to offer an M.Phil programme in Urdu in distance mode. S.A.Majeed Bedar, Professor of Urdu in Osmania University, Hyderabad, took part in the valedictory of the first contact programme conducted by the Department of Urdu, Arabic and Persian on Monday.
