Sentenced for power theft

NEW DELHI: A special court dealing with electricity-related cases at Rohini here has sentenced a power thief to simple imprisonment for a year.

Baljeet Singh, a resident of Karala, had directly tapped the NDPL main line and was illegally using electricity for domestic purposes.
