Ludhiana: The Punjab police on Monday announced a reward of Rs.1lakh for anyone giving information about the persons behind the Shingar Cinema bomb blast here that left six dead. “The name of the person giving the clue would be kept a closely guarded secret,” DIG of Ludhiana Range Ishwar Singh said here, adding the information should be given to SSP or SP (Detective) Ludhiana.- PTI
