Sporting took the lead in the second minute when Imran scored off a solo effort. But, BDL fought back to score the equaliser through Wahed in the 19th minute. BDL made it 2-1 when Wahed was in the scoring act again. However, Sporting levelled the scores in the 39th minute when Talah was on target with a right-footer and ensured that the teams split points.
