Krishnagiri: An army recruitment rally will be conducted at the EME centre, Secunderabad, in Andhra Pradesh on November 12 from 6 a.m. for children of those in service and ex-servicemen. According to a press release, the recruitment will be conducted to select personnel for vacancies in Soldier General Duty, Soldier Technical and Soldier Tradesmen.
For Soldier General Duty, candidates born between November 13, 1986 and May 12, 1990 are eligible. Preference will be given to candidates who have SSLC qualification.
For Soldier Technical and Soldier Tradesmen, candidates born between November 13, 1984 and May 12, 1990 are eligible.
For Soldier Technical preference will be given to candidates who have completed the Plus-Two with physics, chemistry and mathematics. Candidates who have completed Standard VIII are eligible to apply for Soldier Tradesmen.
Documents
Candidates should bring documents such as education certificates (original and attested copies), community certificate, conduct certificate, NCC and sports certificate and 13 passport size photographs to participate in the recruitment rally.
