Laptop stolen from school

NAMAKKAL: A laptop and valuable goods were stolen from the Paramathi Government Higher Secondary School here recently.

Police said that the door of the headmaster’s room was broken open and the laptop and some tape recorders were missing.

A few persons had stolen palm oil and other goods worth Rs. 5,000 from a fair price shop in Arthanaripalayam village near Paramathi Velur.
