Telephone adalat

MALAPPURAM: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) will hold a telephone adalat here in November to settle long-pending complaints and grievances of telephone subscribers in the district. Complaints, along with copies of earlier complaints, should reach the sub-divisional engineer (public relations) at the Telecom General Manager’s office here before October 29. Fresh complaints without trying the usual channel, complaints pending settlement in courts, delay in getting new phone connection, or mass complaints from associations and organisations will not be considered for the adalat.
