BANGALORE: Pioneer Corps Training Centre scored a thumping 7-2 victory over Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in a third phase fixture of the D.S. Murthy & V. Karunakaran memorial hockey tournament here on Tuesday. Senthil Mundu (21st & 67th) notched up a brace and Sai Raj Singh (37th), S Kujur (54th), Manju (56th), Cydrian Aind (62nd) and Bheemaiah (65th) scored at regular intervals for PCTC. Abhinav Ganapathy (24th) and Lokaraj (30th) scored for HAL.
In another match, Army Service Corps beat Sports Authority of India ‘A’ 2-0 with Deepu breaking though in the third minute and Reha Bhengra (20th) scoring the second goal.
In the first match, Maharatta Light Infantry beat SAI ‘C’ 2-0. Ganesh Patil (44th) and Amol Patil (53rd) scored for MLI.
