Unclaimed bag detains train

MAHABUBNAGAR: Passengers of Yeshvantpur Express heaved a sigh of relief on Tuesday when the police after an extensive search announced that there was no explosives. According to Railway officials, one of the catering personnel in the train informed the T.T.I of the train about the unclaimed bag in S-1 compartment. The train was stopped for one hour at around 11 a.m. at Mahabubnagar railway station. The unclaimed bag contained a piece of cloth and a can of kerosene. –Staff Reporter
