NBW against Aamir Khan

Indore: A local court on Tuesday issued a non-bailable warrant against actor Aamir Khan who failed to appear before the court in a case of disrespect to the national flag.

Judicial Magistrate (First Class) B. S. Muvel issued the warrant to Mr. Khan on a complaint filed by Shailendra Sharma for allegedly violating Section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to the National Honour Act of 1971. The court had earlier issued bailable warrant against the actor and three others but they failed to appear in the court on Tuesday. – PTI
