Under-trial found hanging in Tihar

NEW DELHI: A 23-year-old woman under-trial was found hanging from a ceiling fan in Tihar Central Jail here on Tuesday.

The jail authorities said they suspected suicide.

The incident came to light around 10-30 a.m.

Alka was arrested by the Kalyanpuri police in June on charges of killing her 10-day-old daughter.
