KORAPUT: The BJP would contest the next elections under the leadership of former prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, said Vinay Katiar, general secretary of the party. He was speaking at the party’s public meeting organised at the RCD High School at Nowrangpur on Wednesday. The fire brand of the party, accusing the UPA Government at the centre of losing public trust, asked people to choose either Ram Rajya or Rome Rajya for their future . Biswabhusan Harichandan, Minister for Law& RD in the State, highlighting the achievement of the alliance government especially in bringing about an industrial revolution in the State, declared that there would be a sugar factory in Nowrangpur district and a cement factory in Malkangiri district established in near future. While the meeting was looked as a befitting reply to the mega political show by the alliance partner, BJD at Umerkote last month , the statement of party vice-president Juel Oram that the alliance would continue had certainly created sensation among political observers. Manmohan Samal, Revenue Minister, and Suresh Pujari, president of the BJP’s State unit, spoke .
