‘Both factions of Hurriyat anti-India’

Staff Reporter

Jammu: Bhartiya Janata Party president Rajnath Singh on Wednesday said there should be coordination between India and Pakistan to fight terrorism.

Talking to reporters here, Mr. Singh said terrorism should be fought with an iron will. While emphasising the need for increasing the strength of the troops in Jammu and Kashmir, he said political parties should not play politics on the issue of people’s security.

According to Mr. Singh, both factions of the All-Party Hurriyat Conference — the Mirwaiz group and the Geelani group — were essentially anti-India.
