Proper road from Hatti to Jodeghat village sought

ADILABAD: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Wednesday demanded the Government to announce regularisation of the 1.25 lakh acres of land in favour of cultivating tribals during the 67th martyrdom anniversary of legendary Gond tribal leader Komram Bheem at Jodeghat village on October 26. The party also demanded laying of a proper road from Hatti in Kerameri mandal to Jodeghat village.

At a press conference here on Wednesday, CPI (M) State leader Lanka Raghavulu and district general secretary Bandi Dattatri demanded the Government of issue pattas to all eligible poor persons who had occupied the Government land under its Bhoo Poratam programme.
