Special Correspondent

KOLKATA: The West Bengal government has instructed the Criminal Investigation Department to hand over all “examination records” pertaining to investigation into the death of computer graphics teacher Rizwanur Rahman to the Central Bureau of Investigation.

“It should definitely do so for the sake of investigation. I have instructed them to do so,” State Home Secretary Prasad Ranjan Ray said here on Wednesday.

Later, the CID authorities sent a letter to the CBI stating that all documents collected during the inquiry would be made available to the CBI.
