Spare LPG from hartal

Spare LPG! That was the plea of senior officials of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. K.P. Chandy and K. Manoj at a public function here on Wednesday. The requested was directed towards all those who were organising hartals and bandhs.

LPG should be included in the exempted categories such as press, milk and hospital. How can the milk be boiled without LPG?

That was the question posed by one of the officials. The company has made the request at several platforms and hopes that the plea will not fall on deaf ears.
