Jaunpur: Three persons allegedly involved in smuggling of tortoise were arrested here, police said on Thursday. On a tip off, police intercepted them on their way to Varanasi and recovered 94 olive tortoise from their possession, they said. The three are part of an inter-State gang, they said adding, that interrogation was on to elicit more information about the gang.
