Varun Industries enters market with IPO

CHENNAI: Varun Industries, a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel, kitchenware, and houseware items, has entered the capital market with an initial public offering (IPO) of 90 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 60 a share. The issue which opened on October 25, will close on October 31. The company has set up a stainless steel sheet re-rolling mill in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, at a cost of Rs. 29 crore. — Corporate Reporter
