‘Boom’ time for realtors again?

The newly appointed in-charge of Congress affairs in AP Veerappa Moily has made the Government’s stance clear on separate statehood. By saying that the issue can be resolved only by constituting a Second States Reorganisation Committee, he had a galore of hopefuls down in the dumps. On the other hand, he also raised hopes for realtors breaking apart under the burden of unsold properties and mounting debts. Many agricultural lands-turned-real estate properties lost their charm in buyers’ eyes after KCR’s victory in Karimnagar bypoll. Only time will tell if the ‘boom’ they had been expecting yet again would happen at all.
