‘Bid to tarnish image’

BANGALORE: Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former Minister D.H. Shankaramurthy on Friday sought to deny the revelations of Tehelka.

“It is only an attempt to the tarnish the party’s image just before the elections to the Gujarat Assembly,” he said and alleged that “Tehelka itself has lost credibility. Its motive is questionable and it is acting at the behest of somebody to destabilise society,” the former Minister alleged.
