Dhruv cracks century

NEW DELHI: Dhruv Shorey’s 114 helped Modern School, Barakhamba Road, set up a huge 279-run win against Amity International School, Noida, in the league match of the G. C. Mittal memorial under-16 cricket tournament here.

The scores: Modern School, Barakhamba Road, 359 for five in 50 overs (Dhruv Shorey 114, Samrth Singh 68, Arjun Gupta 63, Unmukt Chand 46 not out, Nabil Sadab three for 30) beat Amity International School, Noida, 80 in 36.4 overs (Vandit Mishra 30, Manan Sharma four for 20).
