Outstanding Diplomat award presented

NEW DELHI: Russian Centre of Science and Culture director Fyodor Rozovskiy was presented the Outstanding Diplomat of the Year award here earlier this week.

The award ceremony, organised by Unity International Foundation, was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Indo-Russian diplomatic relations.
