CPI (M) dharna on November 2

CHENNAI: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) will organise dharna in front of State government offices in 12 district headquarters and Pondicherry on November 2, urging the Government to implement various demands of the Arunthathiar community.

In a statement here on Friday, party State secretary N. Varadarajan said a party delegation had met the Chief Minister on June 12. While some demands were conceded, others were yet to be granted. — Special Correspondent
