PUDUCHERRY: President of the Association of French Pondicherians and their Friends Mouhamad Moustafa on Saturday said the French Parliament had decided that a foreign spouse who got married to a French citizen must know French language and the values of the Republic compulsorily to live there. In a statement here, he said the decision was taken on October 23 by the National Assembly and the Senate.
