Bangalore: The Institute of Clinical Research (India) announced the opening of its fifth campus in London, called ICR-UK, and the appointment of Anthony Woodman as Chief Executive Officer and Assistant Dean. The institute, which has four campuses in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Mumbai, also announced the launch of a new course — postgraduate diploma in clinical research in association with ICR-UK and Cranfield University, UK. Speaking to presspersons here on Friday, S.R. Dugal, President-Strategy, Institute of Clinical Research, said: “Prof. Woodman has been a stalwart in the field of clinical research in the European market and under his leadership ICRI will get further momentum in India and globally. This appointment is in sync with our aim to go global and set international benchmarks in the industry at a global level.” Prof. Woodman has 15 years of experience in the clinical research field and has been with Cranfield University for over three years as Director Health.
