Jayalalithaa case adjourned

BANGALORE: The Special Court hearing the disproportionate assets case against former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa and four others adjourned further hearing on the case to December 15. The court, headed by Justice A. T. Munnoli, accepted the application for exemption from personal appearance from all accused. The case was adjourned as the Supreme Court had stayed all further proceedings in the Special Court. Senior advocate B.V. Acharya is the Special Public Prosecutor in the case.
