Mallika’s kin held on betting charges

Ghaziabad: Six people including film actress Mallika Sherawat’s kin have been arrested here on charges of betting during a South Africa-Pakistan ODI, police said on Saturday. A police team raided a three star hotel in Raj Nagar on Friday night and arrested six businessmen including the actor’s cousin Shekhar Sherawat and Sunil Malhan, son of ADM Rajendra Singh Malhan, SSP Deepak Ratan said. Mr. Sherawat denied the allegations saying they were just playing cards.
