PUDUCHERRY: Leader of the Pattali Makkal Katchi in Parliament M. Ramadass on Sunday urged the government to provide festival advance to the pensioners in the Union Territory. In a letter to Chief Minister N. Rangasamy, he said Tamil Nadu had been implementing a scheme to provide festival advance to the pensioners for the past several years. The pensioners in Puducherry also wanted a similar programme, he said.
