Ramadevi steals the show

VIJAYAWADA: Vizag’s K. Ramadevi stole the show by winning the 100m dash clocking 12.2 seconds in the 33rd AP State women’s sports festival Group II (athletics and handball) at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium here on Sunday. B. Venkata Lakshmi of Vizag won the 800m event clocking 2:20.0 seconds.

In handball, Guntur defeated Hyderabad (6-3) and Ranga Reddy (15-0) while West Godavari outplayed Adilabad (13-2) and Srikalalum (17-0) in the league fixtures.
