Telugu varsity award for Simmanna

VISAKHAPATNAM: Writer and critic V. Simmanna has bagged a prestigious award from Telugu University. Prof. Simmanna, who teaches in the Telugu Department of the School of Distance Education, Andhra University, has written 26 books. His books ‘Telugu Basha Charitra’ and ‘Telugu Saahitya Vimarsha Siddantalu’ are useful to students preparing for competitive exams. The award ‘Dharma Nidhi’ will be presented him on Nov 5.
