Srikakulam: DK Memorial Awards for Journalism were presented at a meeting got up to observe the third death anniversary of D. Krishna Murthy, popularly known as ‘DK’ at the Press Club here on Monday.
Secretary of the APUWJ Nalli Dharma Rao, who presided over the meeting, former municipal chairman, D.Bhavani Sankar, AU Syndicate member Routhu Sitaramaswamy, Revenue Divisional Officer S.Venkateswara Rao, and D.Ravindra of BJP were present.
The award winners are Madhunapanthula Satynarayana Murthy (Andhra Jyothi),VVSS Prasad (Vaartha), M. Kalidas (Andhra Prabha), A.Narayana Rao (Visakha Samacharam), P. Jagannadhram Naidu (Andhra Bhoomi) and M.V.Kameswara Rao (ZeeTV).
