Wipro Infotech bags FamilyCredit contract

CHENNAI: Wipro Infotech has bagged a contract from FamilyCredit. The scope of the contract includes managing company’s IT Infrastructure and applications across India. FamilyCredit, a part of Societe Generale, a major global financial powerhouse has aggressive plans to set up branch offices across India.
The contract involves end user support for all the branches in the country and comprehensive datacenter operations management across multiple technologies including Oracle, Cisco, Checkpoint and Microsoft. Services will be delivered using a hybrid delivery model combining onsite and remote services through Wipro’s GSMC centre in Mysore.
