Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Government has decided to observe October 31, Late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s martyrdom day, as “Rashtriya Sankalp Diwas” (National Resolution Day) with various programmes scheduled across the State. A directive has been issued to all Commissioners and District magistrates in this regard, an official release said on Tuesday adding the occasion would mark many programmes across the state including the State Capital.
