BANGALORE: The Indira Gandhi National Open University will establish at least one study centre in each block of the Muslim-dominated districts identified in the Sachar Committee Report, according to the Karnataka State Minorities Commission. A press release said Muslim educational institutions and madrasas in Bangalore, Gulbarga, Belgaum and Dakshina Kannada districts, can contact the KSMC, Bangalore, for application form and other details. — Staff Correspondent
