Boy held for assaulting minor girl

NEW DELHI: A teenaged boy has been arrested at Nand Nagri here on charges of criminally assaulting a minor girl.

According to the police, the 15-year-old boy criminally assaulted the six-year-old girl near a public convenience in Nand Nagri in the afternoon when the girl was returning home from school. The girl narrated the whole incident to her mother and the matter was reported to the police. The accused was later arrested. Medical examination of the girl has confirmed criminal assault.
