KTDC plans hotels near airports

Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) proposes to open Tamarind Easy hotels near the Karipur and Nedumbassery airports. KTDC Chairman Cheriyan Philip said here on Tuesday that these hotels would be opened at Kondotty and Kalady. Tourism Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan would inaugurate the hotel at Kondotty on November 4 and that at Kalady on November 10. Mr. Philip said 15 Tamarind hotels would start functioning within six months. — Special Correspondent
