SKSSF seeks more seats

MALAPPURAM: The Samastha Kerala Sunni Students Federation (SKSSF) has accused the government of mocking the students of Malappuram district who passed this year’s SSLC examination. The district secretariat of the federation, which met here on Wednesday, said the government made a mockery of its assurances by sanctioning less than half of the higher secondary seats required for the students in the district. It warned that the government could not defeat the ongoing student agitation by offering just a few seats.
