VIZIANAGARAM: Congress leaders led by MP Botsa Jhansi Lakshmi, MLA Kolagatla Veerabhadra Swamy, Municipal Chairperson M. Geetha and Youth Congress president I. Raghu Raju, paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by garlanding her statue at Poolbaugh here on Wednesday
