SHIMLA: The Election Commission of India has directed that all voters in the three tribal constituencies of Kinnaur, Bharmaur and Lahaul-Spiti Assembly segments, who have been issued Electors Photo Identity Cards (EPICs), shall have to produce these cards before casting their votes on November 14, a spokesperson of the Election department disclosed here on Wednesday. It was also clarified that those who have not been issued their I-Cards so far would be allowed to vote after providing alternative documents like passports, driving licenses, PAN cards or service identity cards. The spokesperson listed other documents which would be considered proof.
